Job description
- Manage sales performance of Gold Loan products across assigned branches.
- Achieve monthly targets by driving business growth through effective relationship management with branch teams.
- Identify current opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and upsell/cross-sell relevant financial products.
- Conduct regular visits to branches to monitor sales activities, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Branch Managers) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Age- Min 35 Yrs & Above
Experience- 10 Years Plus
Salary- Maximum 60000/- Per Month Plus Quarterly Incentives & Yearly Bonus
