Cluster Manager (DST / DSA Channel) Role Expectation (Non-Negotiable) Must have strong team handling experience (minimum 815 sales executives / advisors) Responsible for end-to-end branch performance sourcing, conversion, and revenue targets Drive DST / DSA channel productivity and daily sales output Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams consistently Strong control over local market networks (agents, connectors, DSAs) Hands-on involvement in closures not just supervision Candidate Profile 5+ years experience in Insurance / Loans / Chit Funds Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership mindset ability to push, track, and scale teams Local candidate preferred with deep market understanding CTC: Up to 6 Lakhs (Performance-driven incentives extra) Qualification: Any Degree .
