Cluster manager job profile
Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.Build strong relationships with Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and bank staff.Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Managers or Relationship Managers.Conduct product and sales training for bank employees.Review branch-wise performance and implement action plans to improve productivity.Ensure lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversion.Maintain compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.Monitor persistency, renewal, and customer service metrics.Analyze MIS reports and provide regular business updates to management. .
