Cluster Sales Manager

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the entire cluster to achieve and exceed revenue goals and market share objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and managers across multiple properties, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and expand the customer base across all cluster properties. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and pricing structures effectively. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the cluster, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. Oversee the negotiation and closure of major contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all properties within the cluster. Collaborate closely with General Managers and other department heads across the cluster to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tools to optimize sales processes, track performance, and enhance client engagement. Represent the cluster at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Monitor sales team productivity and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent high performance. .
