01Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loans and LAP.
Strong exposure to the Affordable Housing Finance market in Navi Mumbai & Panvel.
Proven experience in Channel Management, driving business through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a team while delivering business targets.
Good understanding of the local market and customer ecosystem.
