We are looking for a qualified CMA professional to take on a dynamic role spanning Accounts Receivable, Costing, and Core Accounting functions. This position offers a balanced mix of operational finance and analytical responsibilities, with a primary focus on managing receivables while supporting costing, budgeting, and financial reporting activities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth cash flow management, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing insights that support business decisions. Working in a structured finance environment, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to overall financial performance.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and tracking outstanding balancesMonitor aging reports and follow up with clients to ensure timely paymentsReconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teamsSupport cost analysis and cost control initiatives to improve financial efficiencyAssist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation of cost sheets and variance analysisContribute to financial insights and reporting to support decision-makingAssist in maintaining books of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial recordsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial processesWhat Makes You a Great Fit
CMA qualified (mandatory) with 2+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong understanding of Accounts Receivable and core accounting principlesExposure to costing, budgeting, and financial analysis conceptsProficiency in Excel for data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with ERP/SAP systems (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with a focus on accuracy and complianceAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesGood communication skills for stakeholder coordination .
