CMS- Product Sales Manager

Role: CMS - Product Sales Manager Grade: SM/AVP Location: Coimbatore About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Cash Management Services (CMS) sales, client onboarding, and CMS product adoption across corporate and nonindividual customers. The role focuses on acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for payments and collections solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales for CMS solutions including payments, collections, and integrated CMS offerings. Acquire and activate NTB (New-to-Bank) and existing customers on CMS products. Ensure timely D0/M0 CMS activations and build CMS liability book. Coordinate with Relationship Managers and branch teams for client enablement. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and support seamless client onboarding. Track throughput growth, market opportunities, and solution adoption. Ensure compliance with product guidelines, duediligence, and process controls. Desired Candidate Profile 6 to 9 years of experience in CMS Sales / Transaction Banking / Payments & Collections. Strong understanding of CMS products, digital banking, and corporate/SME customer needs. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Good communication, analytical, and solutionselling skills. Graduation is Must.
