Job Description  

• Operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, and machining centers to produce precision components.
• Set up machines, tools, and materials according to production specifications and technical drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and adherence to dimensional tolerances.
• Perform routine inspections and measurements using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions or repair requirements.
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to optimize production efficiency and minimize defects.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and other computer-controlled equipment to manufacture precision parts.
• Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and raw materials according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Replace and maintain cutting tools and machine accessories as required.
• Record production data, machine settings, and quality inspection results.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to supervisors.
• Follow quality control procedures and ensure products meet dimensional and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
