Role Description
The Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead all technology and product initiatives at Eazotel in a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves defining the overall technology vision and architecture for marketing platforms, booking engines, OTA integrations, and revenue management tools tailored to the hospitality sector. The CTO will oversee end-to-end product development, manage engineering teams, and ensure robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Day-to-day tasks include prioritizing the product roadmap, collaborating with business, sales, and operations teams, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and establishing development standards and best practices. The CTO will also be responsible for building and mentoring the tech team, setting KPIs, managing vendor and partner relationships, and contributing to strategic decisions as a core member of the founding team.
