01Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Outreach:Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients or partners.Introduce company offerings and generate interest in meetings or presentations.Follow structured scripts while personalizing conversations where appropriate.Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:Identify prospect needs and assess potential fit.Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.Maintain follow-up communication with interested leads.Database & CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.Update lead lists, contact details, and status regularly.Track engagement metrics and call performance.Communication & Coordination:Collaborate with business development and leadership teams.Share feedback and insights from conversations with prospects.Handle interactions professionally while representing the organizations brand.Process Improvement:Provide input on call scripts and outreach strategies.Suggest ways to improve conversion rates and prospecting efficiency.
02Requirements
