Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing collateral loans from origination to closure.Manage loan syndication, origination, servicing, and operations for commercial lending.Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.Ensure timely disbursement of funds and resolution of any issues that may arise during the loan cycle.Maintain accurate records and reports on loan performance.Desired Candidate Profile1-10 years of experience in Commercial Lending or related field (Collateral Loan Obligation).Strong understanding of Clo (Collateral Loan Obligation) concepts and processes.Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.Proficiency in Loan Syndication, Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Loan Operations, Lending Operations, and Commercial Lending principles. .
