01Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via calls to follow up on outstanding payments
Explain payment terms and resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and follow-ups
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Coordinate with the internal team for payment updates
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate preferred or perusing
Good communication skills in Hindi/ English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Freshers can apply.
Salary & Probation
Probation Period: 2 months
Salary: 15,000 - 17,000 per month
