Job Title: Collection Executive / Recovery Executive (Office Based) NBFC Location: Noida 62 Industry: NBFC (Payday Loans & Personal Loans) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and emails.Handle collection and recovery of delinquent loan accounts.Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options with customers.Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to achieve collection targets.Maintain accurate records of collection activities in CRM/software.Coordinate with internal departments for account resolution.Track DPD (Days Past Due) accounts and work towards minimizing delinquencyMinimum 13 years of experience in Collections/Recovery in NBFC, Fintech, Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Financial Services.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementFlexible schedulePaid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .
