Conduct daily field visits to customers for payment collection and debt recovery. Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate regular EMI collections. Maintain accurate records of all daily collections, customer feedback, and visits. Clearly communicate payment options and terms to customers while maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
