Position: Collection Officer
Locations: UP, Bihar
Salary: 13,000 18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Visit customers for collection of overdue loan repayments.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
Update collection records and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with branch teams to resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and collection procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
12th.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally for field collections.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license
