Job Summary
We are looking for a Collection Executive for our Sanand branch. The role involves timely collection of EMIs, customer follow-ups, and maintaining collection efficiency. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection of overdue and current EMIs from customers
- Daily field visits and customer follow-ups
- Maintaining proper collection records and reports
- Coordinating with branch and operations team
- Ensuring adherence to company collection policies
- Resolving customer queries related to payments
- Achieving monthly collection targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (preferred)
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to work in field operations
- Knowledge of local area will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic documentation understanding
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per company norms (depends on experience & interview)
