Collection Manager LAP

Handle collections for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage products.Manage a team of field collection executives and ensure regular follow-ups with delinquent customers.Monitor bucket-wise overdue accountsand initiate legal or field action where needed.Conduct field visits to high-risk accounts and coordinate with legal officers for issuing notices.Review and analyze collection reports and take necessary steps to reduce NPAs.Coordinate with credit and legal departments for settlement and repossession cases.Maintain MIS reports and daily updates to management on collection status and recovery trends.CONTACT-8094885588 Work Location: In person .
