Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Telecaller Quality Analyst (QA) to monitor and evaluate telecalling interactions. The ideal candidate will ensure that quality standards are maintained, provide constructive feedback to telecallers, and help improve customer interactions and overall team performance.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
