Job description Roles and Responsibilities Hiring for Collection Team Leader in DRA certification. Manage a team responsible for credit card collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.Oversee daily operations, including telephonic conversations with customers to resolve queries and negotiate payments.Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates by providing training and coaching to team members.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, SLA management, DRA certification, and target achievement.Ensure compliance with banking collection processes and regulations.Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in collections process knowledge.Dra certified professional with strong understanding of credit card collection procedures.Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during telephone conversations.Ability to manage teams effectively through team handling, supervision, motivation, planning & execution.Contact HR: Yamanur K - 9449900627yamanurappa.kuri@teleperfomance.com .
