Job title: Commercial Banking operations Head AVP
Location - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
20+ years of experience in BFSI/BPO with strong expertise in Commercial Banking operations.
Experience managing large banking clients, preferably across the UK/Europe, with strong executive stakeholder management.
Proven experience leading multi-location operations with 1,000+ FTEs while consistently delivering SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity targets.
Demonstrated ownership of P&L, including revenue growth, margin improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Strong experience in client governance, executive reviews, relationship management, and resolution of critical escalations.
Proven track record of driving business growth through RFP support, account expansion, new scope wins, and strategic client partnerships.
Experience leading transformation initiatives through automation, process improvements, Lean/Six Sigma, and delivering measurable productivity and FTE savings.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational risk, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams, drive hiring, succession planning, capability development, employee engagement, and attrition management.
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
