01Responsibilities
- Evaluate commercial loan applications and make credit decisions.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and financial ratios.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness using the 5Cs of Credit framework.
- Identify and mitigate credit risks.
- Prepare credit appraisal notes and underwriting recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams for timely loan processing.
Eligibility:
- 5-15 years of experience in Commercial/Credit Underwriting.
- Experience in Business Lending, SME Lending, or Commercial Lending.
- Solid analytical and financial assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
