Administer programme-level contract and commercial management processes across all project packages ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
Maintain contract registers notice trackers correspondence protocols commercial action logs and contractual records for effective contract administration.
Review and assess variation orders extension of time (EOT) requests claims submissions compensation events and payment-related matters for contractual completeness and consistency.
Advise the Program Director on contractual entitlements commercial exposures risk allocation dispute avoidance strategies and resolution approaches.
Coordinate with Planning teams to evaluate delay events schedule impacts critical path implications and entitlement substantiation.
Coordinate with Quantity Surveying (QS) teams to validate measurements quantities valuation records and commercial evidence supporting contractual assessments.
Monitor commercial risks unresolved contractual matters claims trends and potential disputes ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
Support negotiations with contractors consultants suppliers and stakeholders on commercial matters variations and contract amendments.
Review payment applications commercial forecasts cost impacts and contractual commitments to support informed decision-making.
Prepare programme-level contractual briefings commercial assessments decision papers and recommendations for Client leadership.
Maintain accurate records of contractual communications claims history commercial decisions and dispute resolution activities.

Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering Law Commercial Management or a related discipline.
Masters Degree in Commercial Management Construction Law Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration commercial management claims management or project controls on major infrastructure energy or construction projects.
Demonstrated experience managing EPC EPCM FIDIC NEC or equivalent forms of contract.
Proven experience in variation management EOT assessments claims evaluation and contractual dispute avoidance.
Strong understanding of commercial risk management cost control procurement and contract governance processes.
Experience working on large-scale renewable energy power generation transmission infrastructure or industrial projects.
Ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation stakeholder management analytical and commercial reporting skills.
