The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and help build and shape the Commercial Lines business, with a specific focus on Large Corporate and Mid-Corporate segments. Responsibilities - Contribute to the Commercial Lines strategy across Large Corporate and Mid-Corporate segments. Identify opportunities for quality and profitable business growth. Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, brokers and key distribution partners. Understand complex corporate risks and develop appropriate insurance solutions. Evaluate business opportunities from both technical and commercial perspectives. Act as a subject-matter expert for Commercial Lines and contribute to building the function as the business scales. Requirements - Experience in General Insurance / Commercial Lines, with strong exposure to Large Corporate and/or Mid-Corporate business. Experience managing corporate clients, brokers and/or distribution relationships. Strong understanding of commercial insurance, underwriting and corporate risk assessment. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of growth, pricing, risk selection and profitability. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Experience across Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Package or other corporate insurance products would be an advantage.
