Key Responsibilities Source Home Loan business through open market activities. Generate leads through builders, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners. Build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates. Guide customers through the home loan application process and ensure timely documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, sanction, and disbursement. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. 02 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sales. Experience in sourcing business through open market, builders, DSAs, and channel partners is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
