Responsible for administration and analysis of agency compensation programs by collecting, validating, and reporting compensation data while maintaining accurate records and overseeing program implementation. Evaluates reports and dashboards, researches data discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and deliver reputed company, accurate information to stakeholders. Leads the compensation team in strategic initiatives to optimize program effectiveness and reputed company reputed company improvement through. Serves as subject matter expert.
Essential Functions:Collects, audits, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and reputed company sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Researches discrepancies in compensation records.

Education & Experience:Bachelors degree, preferably in finance, business, or reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including 2 years agency compensation experience
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Prior insurance or financial services experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information reputed company
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively reputed company teams

Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools preferred
