Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote End User Computing services.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on End User Computing services.

- Create and maintain relationships with external partners and media outlets.
- Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful communication materials.
- Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
