Key Responsibilities
- Participate in conducting research to support compensation strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal and external customers
Qualifications Required
- 4+ years of experience in India/Philippines/United States/Global Rewards execution, payments operations, payroll, automation, project management, business operations, or strategic planning in financial services
- Excellent understanding and experience of compensation and benefits practices in various regions
- Ability to support compensation and incentive administration, reporting, and servicing needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills, with advanced Excel skills including data models, formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA, and power pivot reports
- Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate through ambiguity, and infer complex data models
- Result-oriented mindset with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Knowledge and/or experience with Workday and Process Design are desirable
