01Overview
Role & responsibilities - Support the Compensation and Advantages function by carrying out assigned activities in a timely manner as per established standards and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve Compensation, Benefits, HRMS and
HR Operations processes through automation, digitization and process optimization.
Plan and implement approved interventions in consultation with the
Function Lead, with a focus on enhancing employee experience,
compliance and operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit Compensation & Benefits, payroll, insurance and statutory data within defined timelines.
Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing to ensure 100% accuracy,
timely salary disbursement, JV processing and statutory/tax compliance.
Coordinate with external partners for Insurance, NPS, Meal Coupons andother employee benefit administration.
Support employee benefit renewals, implementation of new benefit programs and periodic benefit administration activities.
Track manpower expenditure against approved budgets through periodic reviews and highlight deviations with recommended corrective actions.
Support preparation of manpower budgets, salary budgets and the 5-
Year Business Plan through accurate data analysis and reporting.
Provide timely and accurate data to support Goal Setting, Mid-Year
Reviews and Annual Performance Appraisal cycles.
Administer HRMS modules related to Compensation, Performance and
Benefits while ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
Develop HR dashboards MIS reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation and digital solutions to improve process efficiency, data quality and user experience across HR processes. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll,
reimbursement and statutory records within stipulated timelines.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support closure of audit observations through timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with external compliance partners to ensure timely completion and approval of statutory compliances.
Liaise with PF authorities and external consultants to resolve PF-related matters including transfers, withdrawals, UAN/KYC corrections, exits and employee grievances within defined SLAs.
Support statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity and other applicable labour legislations while maintaining complete documentation and audit readiness.
Preferred candidate profile - Preferred Industry Oil and Gas
Minimum: Bachelor's degree with MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in HR Management/ Personnel Management
Preferred: MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in HR
Management/ Personnel Management with Graduation in any engineering discipline
Prior experience in Compensation would be an add-on
Good Communication Skills
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt new technology
3-5 years of experience in similar function .
