Key Responsibilities
Assist in
competition law advisory, merger control filings, and antitrust investigations
.
Conduct
legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis
related to competition law matters.
Support representation of clients before
CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India
.
Coordinate on
multi-jurisdictional antitrust filings
and liaise with international counsel.
Work on
competition law matters across sectors
such as technology, financial services, telecom, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and e-commerce.
