Job Description: Competitive Exam Specialist (CET / JEE / NEET) Institution: RNS Pre University College, Bengaluru Role Overview RNS PU College is seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, and experienced Full-Time Lecturers to train our Pre-University (PU) students for competitive entrance exams (KCET, JEE Main, and NEET). The ideal candidates must possess deep subject matter expertise, a proven track record of producing top ranks, and the ability to seamlessly integrate the board syllabus with competitive training. Current Vacancies - Mathematics Lecturer: 02 Positions - Physics Lecturer: 02 Positions - Chemistry Lecturer: 02 Positions - Biology Lecturer: 01 Position Key Responsibilities - Academic Delivery: Deliver high-quality lectures aligning the Karnataka PU Board syllabus with KCET/JEE/NEET requirements. - Exam Strategy: Teach time-management hacks, elimination methods, and advanced objective problem-solving techniques. - Doubt Resolution: Conduct regular, structured doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind academically. - Performance Tracking: Design and evaluate micro-tests, chapter-wise tests, and grand mock test series to regularly monitor learning progress. - Mentorship: Provide targeted guidance to both high-achievers aiming for top ranks and students requiring additional remedial support. Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: Masters Degree (M.Sc / M.Tech/ Ph.D) in the relevant stream. - Experience: Minimum 35 years of dedicated experience teaching JEE (Main) or NEET batches in reputed PU colleges or national-level coaching institutes. - Syllabus Command: In-depth knowledge of the NCERT / Karnataka PU Board framework combined with the current patterns of national competitive exams. - Work Environment: State-of-the-art campus infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, and a collaborative workspace at our campus on Dr. Vishnuvardhan Road, Channasandra, R R Nagar Post, Bengaluru.
