01Responsibilities
Conducting compliance monitoring activities and enhancing the Compliance Monitoring Program; Drafting reports that present monitoring results, findings, and actions; Preparing and implementing robust procedures and processes applicable to the monitoring function; Developing policy documents reputed company a reputed company of legislative and administrative frameworks; Ensuring compliance with the Companys policies and procedures; Reviewing existing policies and procedures and aligning with the Companys priorities; Assisting in the implementation of supporting infrastructure and processes to ensure effective policy implementation; Collecting the relevant information for reputed company regulatory audits; Identifying and circulating relevant publications and communications to reputed company appropriate staff; Assisting in the compiling of various compliance reports in relation to compliance monitoring activities; Maintaining the database of regulatory publications and providing summary information to the relevant team; Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory returns for which the Compliance team is responsible; Adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring documentation reputed company; Performing general administrative duties and any other duties and responsibilities as required. 02Requirements
