01Key Responsibilities
-Allegation Management Support: Assist the Allegation Management team with data analytics, creating presentations, developing workflows, and drafting internal guidance documents.Human Rights Program Support: Aid in the development and implementation of human rights policies, workflows, and presentations.Remediation Efforts: Collaborate with the team to support remediation efforts for human rights audits and investigations.Data Analytics: Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within Allegation Management and Human Rights programs.Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and revision of compliance and human rights policies to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance and human rights initiatives.You Are Meant For This Job IfDesirable Qualification & CompetenciesBachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Political Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines).0-1 years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
