Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring RBI compliances applicable to a middle layer NBFC. - Keeping other departments informed about new circulars, regulatory amendments, and necessary action items. - Offering advisory support to business and engineering teams when launching new products, entering new markets, or making modifications to existing processes. - Identifying compliance and regulatory risks in the NBFCs products and operations, and providing guidance on implementation. - Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, company policies, and SOPs to ensure compliance with laws and internal guidelines. - Conducting periodic compliance audits, testing, and risk assessments. - Evaluating the regulatory impact of the Companys partnerships and outsourcing activities. - Maintaining compliance-related documentation and managing the compliance monitoring tool.

Qualifications Required
