Compliance Testing Analyst (U.S. Banking)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Testing Analyst with strong hands-on experience in U.S. Banking Regulatory Compliance Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing assigned regulatory testing engagements, interpreting regulatory requirements, executing testing procedures, evaluating evidence, identifying exceptions, and documenting clear, well-supported conclusions. Note: This is a Regulatory Compliance Testing role and not a Compliance Control Testing role. Candidates with experience limited to RCSA, control design/effectiveness testing, SOX, internal audit, or generic operational control testing without hands-on regulatory compliance testing experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Independently plan and execute regulatory compliance testing engagements. Interpret applicable U.S. banking regulations and translate them into testing procedures. Develop testing strategies, select samples, review supporting documentation, and assess compliance. Identify, document, and communicate testing exceptions with supporting evidence. Prepare high-quality workpapers, testing reports, and defensible conclusions. Partner with Compliance, Risk, Business, and Audit stakeholders to discuss findings and remediation. Ensure testing activities comply with internal methodologies and regulatory expectations. Required Skills 510 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance Testing within the U.S. Banking/Financial Services industry. Strong understanding of U.S. banking regulations and regulatory expectations. Experience in test planning, sample selection, evidence review, exception identification, and report preparation. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to independently manage multiple compliance testing assignments. Mandatory Experience Hands-on U.S. Banking Regulatory Compliance Testing. Experience performing end-to-end regulatory testingnot just control testing or operational risk assessments. Strong regulatory interpretation and testing documentation skills. Preferred Experience Exposure to AML/KYC, Consumer Compliance, Financial Crimes, or other U.S. banking regulatory domains. Experience working with large banking or financial institutions. Priority: Candidates with proven hands-on U.S. Banking Regulatory Compliance Testing experience will be given preference.
