01Key Responsibilities
- Preparing reports in MS Excel & MS Word
- Data entry and workshop record management
- Handling emails, documents & online records
- Supporting digital marketing and social media activities
- Managing workshop data and internal coordination
- Assisting in billing, documentation & computer operations
- Maintaining digital files, customer records & service data
- Supporting the management team in daily back-end operations
Required Skills:
- Good computer knowledge
- Strong MS Excel & MS Word skills
- Internet & email handling knowledge
- Basic digital marketing / social media understanding
- Good typing speed and documentation skills
- Smart, disciplined and willing to learn
