01Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Computer Vision and AI solution deployment from requirement analysis, model selection, validation, commissioning, and production acceptance.
Develop and optimize vision AI models, image-processing techniques, datasets, and evaluation processes to achieve required accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with automation teams to select and integrate cameras, lenses, lighting, triggering systems, and edge computing hardware for inspection solutions.
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and improve Computer Vision models in Linux-based production environments across customer manufacturing sites.
Lead dataset management, model performance monitoring, retraining, version control, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (software, electrical, mechanical, automation, and customers) to deliver scalable AI-powered quality inspection systems.
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
4-7 years of experience in developing and deploying Computer Vision / Vision AI solutions, preferably in industrial or manufacturing domains.
Strong knowledge of Computer Vision concepts including image processing, classification, object detection, segmentation, anomaly detection, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in Linux environments and Python for AI model development, experimentation, data processing, automation, and production support.
Hands-on understanding of industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, image acquisition systems, and edge computing hardware.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, quality inspection applications, and willingness to travel for customer deployments and commissioning. .
