Job Summary
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function seamlessly within the business workplace, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Conga CPQ components: Product Catalog, Bundles/Options, Attributes, Pricing/Discounting, Promotions, Constraint Rules, Advanced Approvals, and Cart/Quote behaviors.
- Build and optimize Price Matrices, Price Rules, Workflow, and cart calculations for performance and accuracy.
- Implement custom logic using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) or C# code for Conga RLP/ Turbo cart where Conga/SFDC configuration is insufficient.
- Implement and optimize callback classes for Pricing, Validation, Approvals, etc.
- Integrate CPQ with CLM, Billing, ERP, and external pricing/tax engines (e.g., Avalara) via REST/Platform events, MuleSoft, or middleware.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Partner with QA to define test scenarios; fix defects and optimize CPQ performance (cart load, rules execution time).
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and assist in UAT.
