Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues.
- Review project plans, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Track costs and control project expenses to stay within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and vendors.
- Prepare progress reports, site reports, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project handover, inspections, testing, and completion activities.
