Assistant Manager/Manager - Direct Taxation at Dewan P N Chopra & Co.
Job description :
The professional will be a part of tax division for providing Direct Tax Litigation services to Domestic & International Clients across diverse industries
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :
1. Support senior professionals in Tax Litigation matters including preparation & representation of assessments, appeals and petitions including at CIT, CIT (A), DRP, AAR & ITAT levels
2. Coordination and representation at department for various matters.
3. Independently handle matters including refunds, rectification, appeal effect etc.
4. Independently manage & execute Tax Compliance assignments including Tax Returns
5. Independently handling interactions with mid and senior management of Client Groups for routine compliances and related matters.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE :
Requisite Qualification - Chartered Accountant
Designation - Consultant-AM/Manager-Direct Taxation
Requisite Experience - 3+ years of post-qualification experience in rendering Direct Tax Litigation at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law firms / Industry.
