Key Responsibilities
- Provide Process and Technology Consulting for BFS clients to transform their current operations
- Identify reengineering opportunities to streamline processes by applying a structured methodology
- Create and embed a continuous improvement framework focused on performance
- Advocate for new ideas and process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Interact with clients, perform data analysis, assess processes and systems, and make recommendations
- Build and manage project plans, and work cross-functionally with various teams
- Inform, influence, negotiate & persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications Required
- 5-7 years of experience with a major consulting firm or in a corporate role delivering strategy and operations projects for BFS clients
- Expertise in Lean/Sigma, Process reengineering, and Customer Journey mapping
- Proficiency in newer solutions like RPA, BPM, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, etc.
- Strong skills in MS-Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Data Visualization Tools
- Excellent program management skills and ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Good Domain understanding is desirable
- Superior organization, business writing, presentation, and communication skills
Additionally, you should have the ability to work with leaders in a matrix organization, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and balance varying complexities. Your role will involve working closely with clients, senior-level management, and internal/external stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives effectively.
