** - Handling Recruitment and Payroll Administration efficiently. - Collaborating with HODs for Manpower Planning and consulting with the CEO when necessary. - Following up with HODs for any additional manpower requirements. - Updating HIS Payroll accurately. - Compiling and preparing Medical Insurance Coverage data of employees for E-Med Life Insurance. - Implementing the performance appraisal system effectively within the Hospital. - Communicating regularization/confirmation/promotion to employees promptly. - Ensuring all statutory requirements are updated on a regular basis. - Addressing grievances of all employees in a timely manner. - Ensuring timely payment to all employees. - Managing all disciplinary procedures concerning employees. - Handling Full & Final Settlement processes. - Performing any additional tasks assigned by the HOD. **

** - Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th, and Graduate MBA in Human Resources. - Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge. - Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task. - Compassionate with excellent communication skills. - Strong teamwork skills.
