Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
Perform reconstructive, cosmetic, trauma, burn, and post-oncology reconstruction surgeries.
Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency cases as per hospital protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Participate in quality initiatives, clinical audits, and continuous medical education activities.
Qualification
M.Ch / DNB Plastic Surgery (Mandatory)
Valid NMC Registration
Preferred Skills
Expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
Strong clinical and surgical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
