01Overview
The Consultant Transformational Quality will drive process excellence, operational transformation, governance improvement, continuous improvement (CI), and automation initiatives across global managed services accounts. The role requires solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process diagnostics, stakeholder management, operational analytics, and digital transformation to deliver measurable business impact. This role will directly report to Director of transformational quality
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough process diagnostics to identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, governance challenges, and improvement opportunities across business operationsDrive process excellence and transformation initiatives across procurement, shared services, and operational functions \Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance, customer experience, and productivityLead account-level CI initiatives and drive closure of improvement opportunitiesLead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects including Yellow Belt (YB), Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) initiativesLead direct client-facing transformation and continuous improvement projects across global accountsConduct stakeholder discussions, RCA workshops, process walkthroughs, and process assessments to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutionsSupport SOP standardization, process mapping, Value Stream Map (VSM) creation, governance frameworks, KPI design, and operational reportingDesign and develop Power BI dashboards and governance reporting solutions for reporting optimization across global accountsMonitor and govern the overall health of CI projects, Lean Six Sigma deployments, capability-building programs, and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the central Process Excellence teamQualifications10+ years of experience in Managed Services / Shared Services / BPO / Transformation envir . .
