01Key Responsibilities
- Architecture And Design Design and define enterprise architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Drive API-first design, RESTful services, and system integrations, Ensure scalability, security, performance, and resiliency across services
- Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
- Review and approve design documents, code, and technical solutions
Development Hands-on Coding
- Actively code and mentor teams on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate JPA
- Implement API gateways, service discovery, configuration management
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and CICD pipelines
Frontend UI Collaboration
- Oversee UI development using Angular or React
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless backendfrontend integration
- Define UI integration standards and performance optimization strategies
Cloud Platform Engineering
- Design and deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred)
- Work with services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery
- Enable cloud-native practices, containerization, and DevOps automation
AI Innovation
- Collaborate on AI-driven features such as intelligent automation, analytics, or decisioning
- Integrate AI/ML components with backend systems where applicable
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions
