About The Role
This senior-level Quality Assurance Lead role is accountable for driving comprehensive testing and quality engineering initiatives across enterprise across the GBS & Data Lake platforms. The position collaborates with technology and business leaders to define quality standards, streamline testing practices, and implement robust test strategies that ensure the timely delivery of reliable, high-quality data and software solutions. Success in this role requires deep expertise in QA methodologies, data validation, automation frameworks, ETL and data pipeline testing, and contemporary cloud-based ecosystems. The individual will act as both a mentor and trusted advisor to QA teams while remaining hands-on in daily testing activities, defect triage, and execution. Additionally, this role will spearhead quality transformation programs across legacy systems and next-generation enterprise platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in delivery.
Responsibilities
Own overall quality assurance delivery for the GBS platform.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and defect-free enterprise solutions.
Drive QA standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and enhance automation frameworks and testing best practices.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance across platforms.
Provide QA leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the testing team.
Manage testing risks, quality metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure alignment of QA deliverables with business and project objectives.
Execute functional, regression, integration, ETL, and data validation testing activities.
Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases/scripts.
Collaborate with Developers, Data Engineer .
