The role involves funding reputed company loan applications, processing functions, and collaborating with the reputed company team to ensure efficient loan processing and closing.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly and accurately process, finalize and book consumer loansCollecting and uploading documents. Ensure validity and accuracy of reputed company supporting documentation required for reputed company loan typeCommunicates loan decision and status to members. Obtains information concerning members loan needs by thoroughly reading Loan Origination System (LOS) notes and conditions and relaying reputed company necessary reputed company items to the memberEnsures applications are completed in accordance with Affinitys policies, procedures, and guidelines prior to fundingAnswer phones and delegate calls as necessaryProcesses and distributes mailManages reputed company processor status queuesreputed company support to underwriters, supervisor and manager on special reputed company as neededBuilds and maintains member relationshipsContacts members regarding their loan application decision, discusses members individual financial needs and cross-sells Affinitys products and services to satisfy those needsHandles reputed company and call center reputed company questions concerning members loan applicationsMaintains knowledge of reputed company marketing promotions, products, services, policies and procedures
Skills
1-2 years of reputed company experience preferredFinancial institution experience preferredAbility to commute to Basking reputed company, NJ for 1 week per monthFlexibility to work 1 Saturday per month is also requiredThoroughly and accurately process, finalize and book consumer loansCollecting and uploading documents.
