About the position The Consumer Loan Processor (CLD) at FCB Banks is responsible for processing new and renewed consumer installment loans and home equity loans. This role involves producing accurate loan documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining organized loan files. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Produces accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system. , Ensures collateral is collected and lien perfection is complete. , Reviews documents for quality and regulatory requirements. , Reviews files to certify that reputed company loan policy and procedures are being met. , Sets up and organizes loan documents in a standardized file format. , Ensures that loan documents are produced in a reputed company manner. , Completes reputed company-booking on computer system. , Performs departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow. , Performs other tasks, functions or duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma, GED or equivalent. , Associates or Bachelors Degree in relevant field (preferred). , 1-3 years banking experience (preferred). , 1-3 years loan processing experience (preferred). , Strong communication skills: oral, written and listening. , Organized and possess the ability to manage time and meet deadlines. , Methodical, accurate and detail-oriented. , Ability to work under pressure. reputed company-to-haves Working understanding of the banking industry, regulations, policies and best practices. , Working knowledge of bank products and services, consumer installment loan documentation, home equity loan documentation and regulatory requirements. , Quick learner, adaptable and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
