Contact Center Project Manager

The Contact Centre Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives, digital transformations, and technology enhancements (IVR, AI, CRM) for the Bank's customer service channels. This role ensures all projects are delivered within timeline, adhere to strict regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall customer and employee experience. Ameyo Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ameyo Contact Center software (voice, omni-channel, dialers, and configuration).Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, Asterisk, and Database management (PostgreSQL) .
