1. Have working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools2. Are comfortable being on camera occasionally, or directing others on camera3. Have a basic understanding of Instagram and YouTube Shorts formats and pacing4. Can share 2-3 sample Reels or edits (personal or coursework content is fine)5. Are available for a hybrid work arrangement in Vijayawada

Stipend Structure:
Fixed Compensation: 3,000 - 6,000 /month
Incentive Compensation: 1,000 - 5,000 /month
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of 200000 to 250000/year .
