Job Requirements Job Title: Content Design Specialist Department/Function: Customer Experience Job Purpose As a Content Design Specialist in the Customer Experience Training team, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective learning content for new hires, ongoing training, and digital learning initiatives. Based in Mumbai, this role requires a strong understanding of instructional design, digital learning tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with business goals and learner needs. Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop training content for new hire onboarding, monthly refreshers, and daily briefings.Update training materials in line with new product/process launches or modifications.Create assessments and deploy them via MS Teams or LMS to evaluate learning effectiveness.Manage learner experience and engagement throughout the training lifecycle.Collaborate with BPRG, Product, and Operations teams to align content with learning objectives.Apply instructional design principles to create interactive, game-based, and digital learning modules.Develop supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games.Identify training needs in collaboration with stakeholders and create targeted learning solutions.Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design, content development, and digital learning technologies.Implement innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.Strong understanding of instructional design principles and digital learning methodologies.Proficiency in using LMS platforms and tools like MS Teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and ability to design engaging learning experiences.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in content development, instructional design, or training in a corporate environment, preferably in customer service or financial services. Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Experience: 5 10 years of relevant experience .
